Real Estate Refinance Or Foreclosure?

September 1st, 2008 loanranger No Responses

While catching up on Real Estate Refinance and Mortgage Loan news, I came across an article about

stopping foreclosure. Now, although this article was written specifically for Arizona homeowners, it

applies almost universally across the US.

The way to avoid foreclosure, many times, is by simply applying common sense.

Of course common sense can disappear when we’re desperately trying to avoid losing our home.

The first thing to do if you’re late on a mortgage payment, or know you’re going to be, is to contact your

lender. Unfortunately, this seems to be a sticking point for most of us as we try to avoid the lender at all costs.

Real Estate Refinance is one option if you get started on it before your credit is down the tube. Of

course if you have enough equity your credit situation becomes less important to the lender.

Anyway, if you’re in a situation where foreclosure might be in your future, follow the link to the original

article, it really lays it out like it is.
